Cancel Ticket
Cancellation facility is available for full/partial cancellations for online booked tickets
  • Full/partial cancellation of tickets is allowed. The cancellation rates will be as per cancellation policy. Reservation Fee is non-refundable except in case of 100% cancellation of tickets, if the service is cancelled by JKRTC for operational or any other reasons.

  • Cancellation Policy

  • From 12 Hrs to 0 Hrs before the scheduled departure time 15% amount will be refunded, (Excluding reservation charges).
    From 24 Hrs to 12 Hrs before the scheduled departure time 20% amount will be refunded, (Excluding reservation charges).
    From 500 Hrs to 24 Hrs before the scheduled departure time 50% amount will be refunded, (Excluding reservation charges).
  • Passengers will be given normally in one month, after the cancellation of ticket or receipt of e-mail. If refunds are delayed more than a month, passengers may contact helpdesk

  • Cancellation of Tickets booked Online

  • Online cancellation is only allowed for the tickets booked by you on this portal or using our mobile app. You can also approach our counters for cancellation of these tickets. Cancellation/Refund/Rescheduling Ticket booked through Online, refund will be done to their respective Credit Cards/Debit Cards/Bank Accounts according to the Bank procedure. No refund will be done at JKRTC ticket booking counters.

  • Cancellation of Tickets booked from JKRTC Counter

  • Tickets booked from counters can be canceled from any counter.

  • Cancellation of Tickets booked from Agents/Common Service Center

  • Ticket booked from Agents/Common Service Center can only be cancelled by concerned Agents/Common Service Center. Ticket booked at one Agents/Common Service Center can't be cancelled online or through JKRTC Counters
  • All eTicket cancellation refunds may process through payment gateway, i.e. passenger may get refund amount in their bank account/card /wallet through which they book eTicket.
  • To cancel booking made through a registered account, Please login and cancel the ticket
